A prayer for the artisans by the Egyptian composer Darwish who was considered to be the people's composer. His work was revolutionary in many respects, one of which was the dedication of songs to the working class people rather than to rulers and patrons. On behalf of the "Mistreated artisans" Darwish calls out to Got to bless the workers with substance.
